My associate and I placed an order for delivery this afternoon...had the massaman curry with white rice, and the panang curry with egg fried rice...side salad/miso dressing, and a miso soup. Also asked for a thai iced tea, and a side of hot chile peppers. Spoke to a very nice lady over the phone when I was placing the order, and thought about how extraordinary this was going to be! Sadly, we were tremendously disappointed. The massaman curry was under seasoned and there were no hot chile peppers to be found anywhere in the bag. No chopsticks, no thai iced tea...but was still on the bill. The panang curry had a few pieces of pork in it...so one can't help but think they were shorted in the protein department. Not sure about the other items on the menu, but unfortunately I don't think I will ever know. Sushi thai or noodle Saigon for us if you are looking for a quality Asian inspired dining experience.

This restaurant was a hit and miss first off let me start with the positives. I went there and i ordered takeout. I got the beef teriyaki cook medium rare. The service was very quick and the lady was very joyful, now for the bad. For 20 dollars I received well done beef, about 8 strips (not much) and 6 pieces of vegetables... I counted, along with white rice. I could have gone to China wok across the parking lot and got twice the food for half the price. I was dissatisfied and will most likely not be back. Ps: food was same quality as China wok.

Yea the food is good, nothing special but good prices and tasty....im a little leary of the Japenese/Thai/Chinese combo restaurants but this wasn't bad....only been once, going to try the lunch special and see how it is

The Tom Kah Gai soup is awesome & the Panang & Red Curry is dynamite! I forgot to mention their lunch sushi meals are great too, great price, great portion & great options! I get the same thing every time I go there. Awesome place!
(5)Martha R.
Love it! The environment in this place is so nice. The price and the food is just perfect!
(4)Olivia D.
Hidden Gem! So yummy and some of the best pad Thai and massaman curry I have ever had. The service was outstanding too!
(5)Robin T.
Komoon is a delicious local treat...options for Asian OR Peruvian cuisine, attractively presented and reasonably priced. And, tonight while dining, we were entertained with live music from ""El Gato Soleo."

Yummy food! Would recommend for lunch any day of week. Timely and responsive service. In and out in record time on lunch break!

They need to stop advertising delivery. In my six attempts in the past 3 months, they only had delivery once.

I found this restaurant to have fantastic food, service, and ambiance. Would highly recommend Diane as a server. She is well informed, sweet and efficient. I took my mom there on a whim and we shared five courses for $50. From sushi to Thai...that is unheard of! Beautifully garnered food with ample portions. We were thrilled. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I noted that the flavor of the food was so deliciously prepared, that for once, my particulary salt craving palat did not drown my edibles in soy sauce! Ask for Diane (Dianna) and if on a budget....check out their happy hour!

Three of us went in for dinner. Had edamame, the sashimi appetizer, Tanzana , crab, and shrimp tempura rolls. All were brought out very quickly and were excellent with a beautiful presentation. Fresh fresh fresh! My mother ordered the frog leg special and it was huge! The frog legs and onions and peppers were expertly cooked and the basil sauce was wonderful . Great service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Recommend it highly. Go between 4-6 for happy hour 5$ sushi rolls and appetizers! Excellent value!

Found this place via Yelp and checked in to receive a complimentary order of Thai spring roll. The spring roll barley had any filling and the skin of the roll was slightly tough. Then we ordered spicy tuna roll, masaman curry with fried tofu, and vegetable yaki soba. Spicey tuna: tuna wasn't really freah and the seaweed was very chewy. Yaki soba vegetarian was ok, but the flavor was off, and it was a bit oily. Masaman curry with fried tofu, potatoes, cashews, and avocado on top: this was the best tasting dish we ordered. I figured this would be since the chef is from Thailand. The bill was $37 The service was good and the decor was nice.

Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Fish was fresh. Be careful because they heavily dress their rolls. Pretty good for a strip mall but nothing special. Price does not reflect portions or quality but I am very picky. Had triple play roll and there was hardly any fish in it. Pad Thai was mediocre at best.
(3)Karley M.
Checked in on Yelp & was given a free thai spring roll which was really good! We also ordered the Soba Kake noodles which had great flavor! The broth had a touch of sweetness and was fantastic. We also ordered the tuna rock'n'roll which was good as well! Service was also great! Everything came out fast! Will be returning for some Thai dishes soon!

Great Food and Presentation. Will definitely be back! Reasonable prices too. We weren't there for Happy hour but it looked like they had some nice specials.

Great place. Super service and sushi to the next level. Highly recommended.
(5)Elena C.
Great Lunch Specials with many variety of choices and price!!! Loved the Ceviche de Pescado and Lady Ginger. Received the complimentary Edamame. This was a great place to have a quick and healthy meal

Always great food... Service could be better, but not bad. Happy hour between 3-6 if you're interested. We will be back!

So I ate here again and tried to Chicken Katsu. I think had the waitress brought it out when I was ready it would have been good but it was not very warm and VERY hard and dried out by the time it got to me. The waitress never offered me another beer when I finished my first one and took forever to get my check. She was more concerned with the people sitting next to me that appeared to have more money (though I watched them tip--joke on her). I was let down once again. I will not be trying again in the future.

Take out Sushi was great. Staff was attentive and quick.

WAEN, the waitress, was so nice and friendly and the food was amazing. It's a definite must when visiting Fort Meyers beach! My friends and I loved the Hawaiian, mango and the happy roll with strawberries made us smile from ear to ear. We will be back again 110% and so should you!

We love Komoon! Best thai food in the area and the service is beyond friendly. They are child friendly and remember our son's name between visits. They always give him and us a warm welcome. They offer a nice variety of food and prices are reasonable.
(5)Bonnie B.
My husband, mother-in-law and I dined here. Service could not be more attentive. My husband ordered the shrimp and drunken noodles, at my recommendation, which he loved. I opted for the Tom Yum Soup with shrimp and a side of seaweed salad. My mother-in-law opted for the wonton soup and we shared appetizers of fresh spring rolls and spicy tuna sushi rolls. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. It seems a shame that this place is tucked away in this strip mall as I think people miss this little gem. I would encourage everyone to give it a try and, if you agree, share with others so they can share this experience. Check out their crazy cheap early bird apps. So ridiculously reasonable and delish! Make it your resolution to check this place out!

We had our Christmas Eve dinner here with a party of 14. Some of the food was good, some was very good. Much to my chagrin, the saki was very pricey. The air conditioner was broken and we were all wearing our "ugly sweaters". So, it was quite uncomfortable for many people in our party. I felt the server was pleasant and accommodating considering the large group, however my son said he was treated quite rudely. So this is somewhat of a mixed review considering all things.

Excellent service, food is fast, fresh and yummy. Perfect for my business lunches, not real quiet, not loud. Booths and tables. Lots of choices, love the combos of sushi and entree. Love their flan. Nice, open floor, they now have their outside sign up. There is a bar and plenty of parking in this strip mall. They are at the very end of the strip. They are connected to the one on Pine Ridge/Naples. Good people, good food. OPEN at 11am

Love it. Brought friends from out of town because I was craving Thai. Wonderful menu that offered the adventurous palate new things to try- with yummy sushi, excellent Peruvian options and outstanding thai. The only downside was the waitress was a bit overwhelmed... Possibly someone needs to hire some more servers??? Yum. Yum. Yum.

I've had to edit my past review ( I left the original below). Because I feel that komoon had really gone downhill. They advertise delivery, but 90% of the time, they say they don't have a driver. That really drives me crazy! Last time I did a carry out order and waited 10 minutes for anyone to come help me so I could pay (as my food gets cold sitting on the front desk). I had to go into the back and stick my head around the corner to find the servers all standing around. To top it off, the food has been extra greasy and the sushi falling apart the last few times. Too bad, we used to love Komoon. (Old review) This is our favorite place for Thai! We have eaten in the restaurant and ordered delivery. The thai and sushi is always tasty! The staff is usually very nice and the food comes quick! I would definitely recommend trying it out! Great lunch specials too

Arrived just before 6pm. Waitress promptly let us know of happy hour ending in 3 minutes and made sure we got 3 sushi rolls for $15. We then ordered the ceviche. It was fantastic. Looking at what others ordered, made is want to order that too. Will definitely come back.

My original review was negative and I was disappointed with a few different things (slow service to name one). However after writing the negative review I received a phone call from the owner who was concerned with the issues. (First time this has happened on yelp). I decided that because of the concern is give it another shot for Valentines Day. Not disappointed at all! Food was out in less than 30 min even on this busy night. Thanks for going the extra mile! Food is amazing and I'll be back!!!

Make regular visits as menu is extensive and offers sushi, Thai, Japanese and Peruvian ( have not tried). Especially like the many fresh vegetables which come cooked perfectly not easy with such a variety. The curries are better than average but spicy even when mild ordered so beware. They will offer to remake but comes medium again just more liquid. Have had to stop ordering the Thai curries because I cannot eat spicy. Sushi quite good, wide selection. Rock and roll exceptional. Service is always excellent they try hard to please. Great value for lunch!

This roadside resto is ok but nothing special. The tempura is ok even though the batter is not traditional tempura batter. The Padseew, which is the Thai noodle, was soggy and not that great. Also ordered the 12 piece sashimi and thought it was overpriced at $18 since the pieces were small. Would not stop here again.

This place is great. Sister store of the Naples restaurant. I friend introduced me to that place about 4 weeks ago and I love it. The Bonita location the food is just as good. Awesome sushi. Also the Peruvian food which I have never had before I found Komoon is great, my favorite is cevechi, either the fish, or mixed seafood is great. I have tried the Thai only once, Massaman Currie, to die for. Only reason not giving a 5 star is the service at the Bonita location is a little slow, probably case this location is new and needs to work out a few kinks...I do highly recommend this place.

While shopping in our neighborhood, we noticed "Komoon" and thought here might be a conveniently located restaurant for us. Well the other night we tried our new find and sadly our hopes were not borne out. If there is one thing I've often noted in Asian-type restaurants it is the attractive presentation of a dish. Unfortunately, my "Chicken Teryaki" was just piled on a large portion of limp vegetables. The chicken was tough and the sauce far too sweet. My wife enjoyed her Shrimp (Teryaki) though the dish was deminished by the shrimp being on a bed of (cooked), wilted salad. Since this dish only contained 4 shrimp, it would have been far better to serve the shrimp alone as an appetizer. Oh, before we left the restaurant, my wife used their lady's room....ugh!! The toilet did not flush and there was no soap....Enough said about "Komoon". We will have to continue our search for a decent neighborhood restaurant.

Yum! I normally frequent at the Naples location since it is closer to my house. However, I stopped in the Bonita location and I was just as pleased. The service was speedy and friendly. The waitress was very knowledgable about their extensive menu, and the food was brought out promptly. I LOVE their fried tofu pad thai and their curry is delicious. My friends ate a Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll. They were very impressed with that as well. One of the major differences between this store and Naples is the amount of space Bonita has. So if you are looking for a place with good food and space for large parties...this is the place! The booths are comfortable and the updated decor is trendy and posh. It's great to know that no matter which location I dine at, I will have a great experience. Two thumbs up Komoon- Bonita Springs!

Unfortunately, Yelp doesn't have a 0 rating otherwise I would rate this restaurant 0 star. We went for lunch and ordered take out. I ordered basil chicken and my husband ordered the komoon trio. What a pathetic food. We consider ourselves quite knowledgeable in Thai food after being in Thailand more than 30 times and numerous cooking classes in Chiangmai, Thailand. Sad to say we have never dumped food in the garbage before but we just did that. The basil chicken didn't have any basil, the fried rice was questionable and my husbands dish was unspeakable. The portions were miserable. My husband called the restaurant to complain and they wanted us to go back with the food to give us a credit and verify that indeed we haven't eaten the food. First, the food was already in the trash and second, why would we go back to this restaurant as long as they have the same chef? What a disappointment. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money.

Even better than the prior Sushi restaurant that was located in this space. They did a nice update and the layout makes more sense. The sushi is delicious and it's a great place for lunch or dinner. I'm a sushi fan, so I have not tried the Thai. Check it out when you get the chance!

Horrid! This restaurant just reopened under new management and the ONLY improvement is the fancy decor! Which is great and the live music was fun but Service was super slow, it took 25min to even order salad. I ordered 2 sushi appetizers that were pictured on the menu beautifully, to my shock I received items that only looked nothing remotely like the photos in terms of quality and presentation but they were easily 1/2 the size of the items pictured! I kid you not my naruto/Kanisu had 5 pieces and each were the size of a quarter! A quarter! I was horrified, I've ordered this many times and its always in circles much much larger especially for $10! Then I got my salmon wraps the photo shows thick slices of sashimi wrapped around asparagus (I ordered mine without mayo so I could better appreciate the salmons flavor) I received it and to my shock again it was minuscule, the salmon was paper thin slices wrapped around the asparagus, I'm positive it was left over scraps. I have it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite, the fish was old, super fishy and just plain inedible (to be sure I had my boyfriend taste it) he is super laid back and never complains and he agreed it was gross! My boyfriend ordered spicy tuna and it was prepared sloppily with the rice falling off and they were also very tiny tho it tasted good. His other the red dragon roll was much better in presentation and taste but very small compared to the portions of the old HOME sushi that was excellent. I told the waitress my salmon was bad (mind you I've never once in my life sent food back I think it's terribly rude but this case was needed) she replied that they taste better with mayo! So I'm Supposed to mask spoiled fish with mayo?! My face was shock. We payed an left . We won't be back. Their other items could be great but Don't waist your time with this place if you want quality sushi. Such a shame my fav place is no longer the same.

Love this place! I work across the street and eat here about once a month for lunch! Great lunch specials $8-$12 for a very tasty, feeling and quick meal. The staff are always friendly and orders have never came out incorrect. Even the sushi rolls come out quickly. There are plenty of tables so no worries even in season time. If you check in on Yelp you will have a choice of a free order of edamame or spring rolls!
(5)Cindy P.
I came here during an odd time. It was after the lunch time for normal people so the staff were having their lunch. It was odd but they were very nice and served me anyways. My servers were polite and kind. I enjoyed what I orderd but I can't say I was iimpressed by it. The fried tofu they used were the soft tofu, not silken like how it suppose to be, so it wasn't as soft and crisp. The sashimi I ordered was nice and fresh and OMG the presentation was fantastic!!....... but it was a bit small for $7...... Atmosphere was okay, the walls were nice but the ceiling could use a bit more work.
(3)Tiffany H.
We used to regular another similar style restaurant for lunch. After coming to Komoon just once it has turned into our favorite lunch spot, often having it 2+ times per weeks. Food is we some and fresh. The best Tuna sushi I have had anywhere. Very friendly staff!
(5)John G.
Fun Restaurant! Today I had the crazy roll and some mixed nigiri sushi, beautiful presentation and delicious. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Emily my server was a real sweetheart!

Do not pass this one up! The food, drink, service, and food was all fantastic! Amy took good care of me. I will be back with my family.
(5)Tiffany B.
Waitress named Amy very friendly. Place is nice. Food is great! food very presentable

I come weekly and have been for along time. I enjoy tasty food and the service was always excellent. But more recently the service has declined sadly to admit. However I will continue to be a loyal customer with faith that it will get better. Thursday night entertainment is excellent. More people should come and see these guys. Hats off to the owners.
(4)Jean C.
By far some of the best shrimp tempura I've ever tried!! We had great service and our server was extremely nice, forgot to catch her name! Also Nid was also provided us great service! We ordered the jumping spider roll as well which was excellent we didn't get asparagus in any of the rolls! They were so good! I love this place! All in all just a wonderful eating experience! I recommend everyone try this place at least once! This is my second time!
